These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the text message (SMS) program operated by TuneFiles, a service of All Automotive Solutions (ABN 23 604 760 401) (tunefiles.com.au). By opting in to receive text messages from TuneFiles, you agree to these SMS Terms.

1. Program description

TuneFiles sends transactional, service-related SMS notifications about your tune file jobs — for example, confirming when a file has been received and notifying you when your file is complete.

2. Consent to receive messages

By providing your mobile phone number when you submit a file or place an order through our portal, you consent to receive service-related SMS messages from TuneFiles. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your activity — you will generally receive a message when you submit a file and when that file is completed.

4. Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. TuneFiles is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

5. Opting out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will no longer send you SMS messages. If you would like to opt back in, provide your mobile number again through the portal or contact us.

7. Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. Privacy
